As an international-level athlete and a fully qualified England Athletics coach, Sammy brings expert knowledge across a wide range of track and field disciplines, including sprinting, sprint hurdling, long jump, high jump, pole vault, shot put, discus, and javelin.

He understands that success isn’t just about natural talent—it’s about mindset, resilience, and physical wellbeing.
